Stellar Photonics has assembled a technical and management team with extensive experience in the area of military and aerospace laser optical systems.  The technical team is led by Dr. David Shemwell.  Dr Shemwell has over 25 years of experience in the field of electro optics and was the chief engineer on a variety of military programs includes units currently in use by the US Navy on aircraft carrier and tactical airfield lighting system that have been deployed by the US Army in both Afghanistan and Iraq.  The lead Mechanical Engineer is Michael Challenger, who has more than 20 years of experience in military and industrial electro-optical systems and additional decades of experience in the automotive industries.

The management team of this woman owned business is headed by President, Ingrid Fuhriman.  Ingrid has an MA and 20 years management experience with research and development, government contract companies with civilian applications as well.  Her experience is augmented by the expertise W. Alexander Long in business development, Alan Thomson, MBA business strategy, Rob Fuhriman, Operations expert and Troy Fuhriman, Stellar's legal counsel and part of management team.
